A PRODUCTMATE touchpoint is a hardware interface consisting of a wood or acrylic finish and an NFC QR button for quick and contactless access with a smartphone or tablet.

Our touchpoints are available as a lying oblique, lying straight and standing version.

For the finishing of your touchpoints, you can choose between the wood types maple, white maple, beech, dark beech, black beech, oak, smoked oak, cherry, sipo and walnut. In addition, we also offer the touchpoints with a lying straight finish in acrylic as a high-end version.

Our touchpoints are always enhanced with an NFC QR button. An essential part of the button is a QR code in your corporate identity and the optional incorporation of an NFC chip in the button for contactless access. If required, you can also order only an NFC QR button or QR button, which can be used either as a double-sided button or as a single-sided button with a 3M adhesive layer.

After you have sent us your request, your contact person will get back to you and subsequently create an individual button design based on your corporate identity. As a rule, the data from your website is sufficient. If required, you can of course easily provide us with further data such as your logo and font so that we can guarantee the best possible result.

QR stands for "Quick Response". Your guests can use their camera, whether in a smartphone or tablet, to quickly call up and access all your information with one scan. Your staff can now focus more on what's important - like preparing great food and providing a great customer experience.

NFC stands for "Near Field Communication". Our touchpoints are usually equipped with an NFC chip so that content can be accessed contactlessly on a smartphone over a very short distance using an NFC-enabled device.

With our proxy links infrastructure, each touchpoint receives a different destination URL. This enables the linking of individual touchpoints located on a specific restaurant table or hotel room, for example, with individual checkout system links for ordering and/or payment.

You can link and use your touchpoints with any software. As a rule, we always recommend our partner companies to use our PRODUCTMATE software as the first instance, as it is perfectly suited as a landing page and you can lead users from here to an infinite number of internal and external pages.

The touchpoints are sustainably produced in our workshops in Germany from noble wood or elegant acrylic. The quality workmanship of the individual materials paired with our unique button finishing technique ensure that the touchpoints are robust and long-lasting.

After you have completed your order and created the design of your button with one of our employees, we start the production of your touchpoints. It usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks until you receive and can use your touchpoints.
